By booking a service with The Skin Matchmaker, you agree to the following:

• All services are educational skincare consulting and do not replace professional medical care.
• Sessions and written plans are based on the information you provide and are tailored to your skin, lifestyle, and goals.
• Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24–48 hours’ notice using the link provided in your confirmation email.
• Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling.
• Due to the personalized nature of services, all sales are final.

The Skin Matchmaker reserves the right to refuse service if information provided is incomplete or inaccurate.
